Schedule a personalized, in-home staging consultation for up to two hours with Teresa Smith, our Founder and lead designer. While you will be executing the plan yourself, our experienced designer can help. We'll start will a phone call to understand your project and goals, then schedule your in-home consultation.
During our consultation, we will go room-by-room and develop detailed gameplan.
We will also provide:

- Lighting suggestions
- Accessory suggestions
- Help you highlight those great features and minimize those not so great ones...
- A detailed room-by-room report with photos
- Client Care Package
- Option to come "Tweak" those last minute details the day of photos*

OCCUPIED STAGING
Occupied staging, in most cases, is not something we do...
We generally recommend our Photo Prep Consultation above. This generally prepares your home for photos and showings.
In the cases we do staging on an occupied home, it is usually some artwork or accessories. Early on we did some occupied staging, but for homes with kids, pets and odors and generally just people, our damages, in some cases, were more than we charged.
